CDG Development is part of its actions within the framework of the sectoral strategies put in place by Morocco, for the development of competitiveness clusters and integrated economic spaces.

  • Mission

    The Agence  d’Urbanisation et de Développement d’Anfa (AUDA) is responsible for the implementation of the urban project Casa Anfa. It acts as the general contracting authority, to ensure the steering and coordination of the implementation of the project as a whole. As such, it oversees mobilizing land, servicing the site, planning public spaces, and monitoring development operations.

    Project display

    A flagship project of CDG, the urbanization of the site of the former Anfa airport will bring out a new centrality for the city of Casablanca which will raise the urban level of the metropolis and position it on an international scale while meeting its internal needs.

    Casa Anfa will host a business district housing the future financial center of Casablanca Finance City.

    To carry out this project under the best conditions, CDG has set up a dedicated subsidiary, the Agence  d’Urbanisation et de Développement d’Anfa (AUDA), general contracting authority in charge of steering and coordination. of the project.

    With a buildable area of 4,300,000 m², the project will mobilize a global investment of 10.5 billion dirhams excluding real estate development. Ultimately, the site will accommodate up to 100,000 inhabitants and 100,000 workers

These are industrial and logistics activity zones dedicated to the processing of seafood & agri-food products which offer quality infrastructure by integrating the entire sector, in particular processing, support industries, business services and people, research and development, training, and logistics.

    The Société d’Aménagement Riad (SAR)  is responsible for redefining “Hay Ryad urban project”, initiated by the Ministry of Housing and Land Development, without resorting to state subsidies.

    The (SAR) was created by the State to carry out the following actions:

    • Develop two large-scale urban projects: Hay Ryad and Guich Oudaya.
    • Complete the equipping of roads, sanitation and various networks.
