Selouane Industrial Park

Extending over 44 hectares, the park is intended to accommodate an industrial zone dedicated to SMEs / SMIs, a commercial area and a mixed commercial zone (training, research and development, business incubator).

Oujda Technopole / Oujda Med Est

Through its free zone Cleantech, Oujda Technocluster aims to establish the Oriental region as an industrial hub in the field of sustainable development, both nationally and regionally.

The project represents the convergence of several national sectoral strategies:

  • The Medest strategy is the territorial development of the Emergence and Rawaj programs in the Oriental, which aims at strengthening the industrial and services in this region.
  • The National Strategy related to renewable energies through the flagship technology component named Cleantech. Cleantech is dedicated to industrial activities related to sustainable development, especially renewable energy and energy efficiency. It thus supports the implementation in Morocco of solar, wind, hydro and biomass technology.

The site is located 12 km from the city of Oujda in the Oriental region and offers many advantages, including:

  • A Mediterranean and North African environment
  • A coastline of 200 km, offering great opportunities for economic development
  • Availability of qualified human resources
  • Important socio-economic development through a number of development projects (tourist resort of Saidia, Marchica MED project, etc.).

Moreover, in terms of infrastructure the project has the following advantages:

  • Proximity to Oujda Angad airport
  • Served by expressway Saidia-Oujda
  • Location 120 km from the port of Nador Beni Nassar

Oujda Technocluster is an integrated project designed on the model of clusters of regional competitiveness. It offers:

  • An attractive free zone, Cleantech for OEMs operating in the sustainable development field
  • An SME / SMI area for a regional industrial framework
  • A Campus of Knowledge, a centre of excellence in the fields of knowledge and R & D
  • A Retail Park, commercial developments with a regional focus
  • A business centre, focusing on sourcing and services

The Ait Kamra industrial zone covers an area of 26 hectares and aims to host local activities in industry, crafts, commerce and office parks.

Oued Fès Golf City

The Oued Fez Golf City project represents a new integrated tourist destination concept, designed around an 18 hole golf course. It will offer varied activities throughout the year in a luxury residential and leisure complex.

In this project, the natural environment has been preserved, integrating buildings with existing wetlands and minimizing traffic lanes. Oued Fez Golf City offers a diversity of opportunities through its Live, Enjoy and Invest programs:

Casanearshore Park

Located in Casablanca, Casanearshore Park is a jewel of Moroccan sourcing. Built to international standards, this concept has been implemented to allow companies to focus on their core skills and strengthen their competitiveness and economic value. Currently it extends over 53 hectares and offers over 181,000 m² of offices and service developments. 15,000 m² of hotel developments are now in progress for two hotel chains (Ibis and Novotel).

Offering facilities at the cutting edge of technology, it hosts more than 100 companies involved in software development, infrastructure management, back-office banking & insurance and management of customer relationships. Several globally-known leading players have settled there: IBM, DELL, CAPGEMINI, CGI, ATOS, ACCENTURE, HP, etc. Casablanca Nearshore Park will provide almost 18,000 jobs.

Zenata New city

The new city of Zenata is a new town with an area of 1,830 hectares, located at the intersection of the two biggest cities of the Kingdom.

The Zenata project is on a scale that aims to rebalance Greater Casablanca, including the creation of four clusters of services with high added-value: a 10 ha integrated health centre, a 20 ha. education centre, a commercial hub of 120,000 m² of rentable area over 25 ha. and a 200 ha. logistics hub.

Zenata, a city with modern and active services, intended mainly for the emerging class, will eventually create 100,000 jobs and house 300,000 residents while ensuring an optimal quality of life for its inhabitants

Casa Anfa

Flagship project of the CDG, Casa Anfa, located on the historic site of the former airport of the same name, is an open urban development project that redevelops the heart of Casablanca over an overall land area of over 350 hectares.

The ambitious scope of this project is to provide a new modern urban centre in Casablanca and reposition the city internationally as a new dynamic business centre.

Development of Casa Anfa will be through a set of districts built around a vast network of green spaces, including a city park of 50 hectares, and total building area will cover approximately 4.5 million m² dedicated to homes, offices, shops, hotels and facilities for education, health, culture, sport and recreation.

The project will also host the new elegant business district of Casablanca Finance City, the future international financial centre of Casablanca.

Access to the site will be provided by new roads linked to the city’s highway network, as well as by a network of comprehensive and efficient public transport services, including the tramway and projected subway. Already, the first tramway line, in service since late 2012, traverses the project serving it through several stations. The project also gives importance to alternative modes of transport to the car and provides a network of green routes for pedestrians and cyclists. Ultimately, Casa Anfa will house a population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants will welcome nearly 100,000 workers.
