Moulay Yacoub Thermal resort
The development project of Moulay Yacoub Thermal Resort represents a total investment of about 400 million dirhams. It is being conducted in partnership with international Vichy Spa and Moulay Yacoub aims to be placed as a leading destination and world-class spa product.
The project has two phases:
The first relates to the construction of two Moroccan-Turkish hammams and new traditional baths: 3 thermal pools and a complex of 45 tubs. These new buildings meet international standards in this area. Work, lasting 18 months, would bring about the opening of the spa complex in April 2015.
The second concerns the upgrading of a new spa and integration of the latest developments in the market and hydrotherapy spas. Hotel "Vichy" 4 *, with a hundred rooms will also be built and will be directly linked to the spa. This phase will be completed by 2017.

Saïdia Med seaside resort
The Saidia Med resort enjoys an excellent air service through two international airports (Oujda and Nador) located within 30 minutes, and a three-hour flight from major European cities. Within the Golf, a newly opened clubhouse provides a comfortable environment and facilities.
