Bayt Al Maarifa

Bayt Al Maarifa apartments in Rabat, in partnership with the University Mohamed V Agdal and the Ministry of Economy and Finance through the Department of State Domains, is the first achievement of the company Dyar Al Madina.

Located in the heart of the university district Madinate Al Irfane in Rabat, this student residence, operating since 2007 with a first tranche of 400 beds, is built on a plot 17,965 m² in area. The third instalment was opened in September 2013, bringing the capacity of the residence to 875 rooms and a total of 1,667 beds. Boasting a fill rate of 100%, the project partly owes its success to:

  • Accommodation and facilities of quality: room access controlled by magnetic card; kitchenette, individual sanitary facilities, internet access, etc.
  • Additional services: 24 hour hot water supply produced by solar panels, cleaning of rooms and communal areas, concierge, security and CCTV monitoring of public areas.
  • Nearby facilities: Cafés, snack bars, public telephone shop, stationery, groceries, etc.

The realization of Bayt Al Maarifa in Rabat required the investment of 176 million dirhams.

Jnane Al Mansour II Résidences

Located in the new city of Tamesna, the Jnane Al Mansour II apartments, which were started in 2012, offer 4,241 social housing apartments, 46 commercial premises and facilities nearby.

Anfa Aérocity

The Anfa Aerocity project of CGI at Casa Anfa (formerly Casa Anfa Airport) offers upscale residential accommodation.

The variety of architectural designs and the area of the first tranche provides a wide range of choice of nine residential buildings in R 4 and R 8 with some openings in R 11, R 14 and R+16. The originality of the project is due to what is on offer, i.e. 155 avant-garde apartments, including "houses on the roof" at the top floor , and "townhouses" with private gardens on the ground floor with areas of from 58 to 236m ² in simplex, duplex and triplex configurations.
